Delete Data

You can request deletion of your Focial account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email info@focial.one requesting delete data. Include the email address associated with your Focial account so we can verify and process your request.

What we delete

When a deletion request is completed, we remove or anonymize:

• Your user profile and authentication credentials
• Workspace membership and invitation records tied to your account
• Personal content you created that is not required for remaining team members to operate a shared workspace

Connected platforms

Deleting your Focial account does not delete posts already published to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or other connected networks. Revoke Focial’s access in each platform’s settings if you also want to disconnect those integrations.
